About 8 months ago we brought a brand new van. ($110k), not our first new van, so we were shocked with the customer service we received (or didn’t receive in this case) anyway, off travelling full time we found ourselves in Perth. We needed a new sullage hose, not wanting to drive all around the place we just went to the place we saw first which was CARAVAN CAMPER MEGASTORE, an unassuming place, I didn’t expect much. How wrong was I!! Glenn went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we had the right fitting for our hose. Even sent us home with a free part. We only spent about $40 but the service he gave was phenomenal, a stark contrast to the service from our van manufacturers. Further conversation with Glenn saw us booking in for our bearings to be done, he squeezed us in to fit with our itinerary and told us he always tries to help those out who live in their vans.
